About LenderTalent
LenderTalent is where mortgage professionals see who is hiring, what the job really pays, and apply directly. It covers loan officers and the ops people who close the loans: processors, LOAs, underwriters, closers, post-closing, QC and their leaders.
Ownership and conflict of interest
LenderTalent was founded by Apurva Sanghavi, who also runs Matador Lending (NMLS #2072896), a mortgage company that recruits loan officers. That is a conflict of interest for a neutral directory, so we disclose it here and in our editorial policy. LenderTalent does not route candidates to Matador or any other employer. Analytics data is not shared with Matador Lending. If Matador Lending is listed, its profile follows the same data rules as every other company and carries a visible "Owned by LenderTalent's founder" note.
How we plan to make money
- Employer subscriptions: claimed profiles, job posts and direct applicants (coming soon).
- Clearly labeled "Sponsored" placements that never change organic rank.
Applications to companies that have not claimed their profile go straight to the company's own careers page. We do not act as a recruiter.
